Reserve a tableWhen they brought out the freshly fried tortilla chips, still warm I knew we were in for a treat. The tostada ceviche was tender and delicious. A flight of tacos (fish, tongue, and pastor) all had great flavor. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu!!
I was very impressed with this Mexican restaurant. Food is very delicious with portions that aren't too large or small, especially the Tres Amigos plater, and do not forget Cielito Lindo has Modello Beer on tap. It's for sure a 5 star experience, probably the best Mexican restaurant in the Eagan area.
Just tried this restaurant. The service, atmosphere, and food were good. The servings were large for most items. The chips were fresh. They have large, meal-sized Menudo and Pozole soups on the weekend. I especially liked that it wasn't crazy busy, and the service was above average.
